História
Principais Momentos da Nossa Trajetória
A 31 de janeiro de 1990 é oficialmente constituída a empresa INFOS – Informática e Serviços, Lda.
O seu desenvolvimento decorreu em duas vertentes principais: especialização sectorial das soluções apresentadas (Distribuição e Logística; Indústria; Retalho; Serviços; Têxteis, Vestuário e Calçado) e incorporação de serviços e produtos complementares ao seu core-business (consultoria, formação profissional, SHST).
A Empresa torna-se Grupo, amplia o leque de soluções apresentadas aos seus clientes e torna-se no parceiro de negócio por excelência para empresas que pretendem maximizar os seus resultados, otimizar os seus processos, ganhar quota de mercado e CRESCER.
Establishment of INFOS - Informática e Serviços, Lda. and beginning of its activity
Establishment of ENS – Empresa Nacional de Software, Lda., a Progress Software Corporation Products distributor for the national market
Establishment of DRN – Distribuição e Serviços Técnicos de Informática, S.A., entity focused on hardware assistance and maintenance
Transfer of the company’s headquarters to Leça da Palmeira

Começando por acompanhar os processos de internacionalização dos seus Clientes e depois procurando mercados onde rapidamente possa realçar os seus fatores de competitividade, a INFOS desenvolve o seu processo de internacionalização com o objetivo de disponibilizar as suas soluções em mercados externos.
Atualmente possui já projetos implementados em Marrocos, em empresas de confeção de vestuário, com o seu ERP (Entreprise Resource Planning) MULTI Habillement, já adaptado à realidade dos negócios neste mercado.
A aposta neste mercado está assente no conhecimento que a INFOS detém no setor de vestuário, nas soluções que refletem a experiência de implementação de sistemas de informação em empresas que desenvolvem marcas e coleções próprias e para aquelas que também trabalham como subcontratados de marcas internacionais e por fim, pelo fator de proximidade geográfica.
A INFOS encontra-se também a desenvolver uma estratégia de criação de parcerias em vários países europeus na área de Retalho com a sua solução Maxiretail. Esta solução está já em funcionamento em vários clientes com lojas instaladas na Europa e não só.
Em conjunto com Parceiros de Negócios, a INFOS está também a implementar vários projetos em Angola, nomeadamente nas áreas de distribuição e retalho.
A 9 de Junho de 2015, a PC HALLE junta-se à INFOS a fim de representar o seu ERP destinado às empresas têxteis e de vestuário em Marrocos.
